We believe our first responsibility is testing vehicles and issuing roadworthy certificates within the scope of SABS 047 and the Road Traffic Act & Regulations and hence upgrading the safety standards of vehicles on our roads. We must avoid all forms of corruption in order to abide by the South African traffic law and by that maintain our loyalty to the dealerships and drivers.
We are responsible for the safety of our customers, their families and the rest of the South African public. In fulfilling our customer's requirements, everything we do must be of high quality. We must constantly strive to reduce our costs in order to maintain reasonable prices. Customer's orders must be serviced promptly and accurately.
We are responsible to our employees. Everyone must be considered as an individual. All staff must be trained and qualified by the South African Department of Transport and have reached high levels of competency and service. We must respect their dignity and recognise their merit. Their working conditions must be clean, orderly and safe.
We must provide competent management and their actions must be just and ethical. Our final responsibility is to our facilities. They must be equipped with advanced technological equipment that is fully maintained in order to assure the orderly running of all the roadworthy facilities ensuring zero faults.
